** ANNUAL HOLIDAY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 17th 2018** The roastery will be closed for two weeks at the beginning of September. All orders placed by 8am August 27th will be roasted and sent out as normal. All orders placed after this time will be roasted on September 17th.
A unique and delicious specialty coffee, Popayan is a decaf that everyone can enjoy. It is grown and processed in the Popayan region of Colombia and then decaffeinated in Colombia itself, reducing the distance the coffee has to travel and increasing it’s freshness. Popayan is one of the only coffees in the world to be decaffeinated in its country of origin, using local by-products. The natural decaffeination process uses Andean mountain water and ethyl acetate, a derivative of cane sugar. A sweet and smooth coffee with caramel, dried fruits and pinot. Roasted with love.
