A natural process coffee with berry and subtle citrus flavours and hints of caramel. From selected farmers in Kocher, Werda, Beloya and Kebele areas in the Gerdeyo Zone. The coffee is processed at a dry mill where a dedicated, enclosed greenhouse like structure ensures the drying coffee is protected from rain, smoke or other odours. Awarded a Bronze Medal at the Golden Bean Coffee Roaster Competition 2017 in the Filter category. Hand roasted with love.
