This coffee cupped excepionally well, and has been much enjoyed by the roastery staff as a filter and plunger coffee. It has a typical natural process Guji flavour profile with red berries and chocolate. Goro Muda Farm sits at a high altitude of 2228m above sea level, and the conditions are excellent for producing dense, sweet coffee cherries. After selective handpicking the drying can take around 10 days before the coffee cherries are transported to Addis Ababa for processing.
