Organic Colombia La Cumbre – Espresso Roast

The region known as La Cumbre has a unique humid microclimate with high cloudiness. The constant cloud shade allows the coffee cherries to grow slowly and so the sugars in the fruit concentrate, which benefits the flavour in the cup. This coffee has medium body, is sweet with a toffee finish.
