Nestled between Chardonnay vines and towering Karri trees, the Stash roastery is in an idyllic location.

Already the location of the award-winning Singlefile vineyard, Stash Coffee grew out of a desire to produce another high quality and sustainable product on the family farm.

Singlefile founders Phil and Viv selected the established vineyard in 2007, and set about crafting cool-climate wines. Adding a coffee roastery to the property was a long held passion for Phil.  When his daughter Nina and son-in-law Brad moved to Denmark the plan to build a roastery came to fruition.

The cellar door at Singlefile was Stash Coffee’s first customer. As word spread, the roastery began to supply customers further afield. As with Singlefile, the focus of the roastery has always been crafting a high quality product that speaks for itself.
